Throughout our tenure with ArmadaHealth, the leadership there has said ArmadaHealth is in the healthcare business, not in the Salesforce administration business. That’s not to say they don’t have a dedicated and effective Salesforce Administrator, however they rely on AvideonCRM for monthly advance support, and for complex enhancements to their platform. Most recently, AvideonCRM tackled ArmadaHealth’s “Insurance Rater” Excel spreadsheet conversion to Salesforce.com. We analyzed the very complex spreadsheet, documented requires and conveyed that rater into a native Salesforce.com solution. The results are a more secure, always available and integrated solution for their team. New projects include portal development, and advanced API integrations with other platforms.
